ZB-500P series floor type banding machine, were specially developed for automatically banding products with PE coated paper tape or PP film tape in 20/30/40mm width. As upgrade model of ZB-500 series, ZB-500P series are equipped with Downwards Pressing Board which ensures banding tight and neat. rnrnPrinters band products of all sorts while bankers band their banknotes. tDepending on requirements, 100 loose banknotes can be banded into a packet. 10 pre-banded packets can also be strapped together to form a bundle of 1,000 notes (10x100 notes).rntAdjustable side and rear trips facilitate neatly banding the products at the same position.rntTwo methods of activating the banding process:rn-- Push the START button manuallyrn-- Automatic sensor activationrntA new loop is formed automatically after removing the products.rntLoop size, banding tightness and sealing temperature are all easily adjustable.
