Product Feature

Aluminum oxide alloy is adopted to make kiln frame, which enhances the mechanical strength and improves the anti-corrosion ability of the kiln. rnStainless steel screws are used to join aluminum alloy material into frame and endoconch. Man made aluminum sheets are then fixed on the frame. rnAll joints of the inner board are sealed by high temperature sealant. Glass wool which has great heat preservation performance is used as insulation material. rnCompression molded sheets are used as outer board and it has good performance of water-proof, anti-corrosion, beautiful appearance and durable.rnThere are two kinds of cradles for the kiln gate, suspension type and floor type.
